What I particularly appreciate about Cardiff Cashmere is not only the exceptional quality of their yarns, but also the philosophy behind them.

Classic is entirely produced in Italy, in the traditional textile district of Biella. A lot of artisanal knowledge is kept alive there, and at the same time, short production distances ensure a conscious use of resources. The cashmere fibers come from selected farms in Inner Mongolia, where animal welfare plays an important role.

Such yarns fit perfectly into the shop for me precisely because quality and ethos come together.
