Returns & Cancellations
It's important to me that you feel comfortable with your order.
And equally important to me is honest and personal advice to avoid mispurchases as much as possible.
Should something not fit or not meet your expectations, you can, of course, return your order within the statutory withdrawal period.
Please contact me briefly by email before returning your item and include your order number:
The return is at your own expense.
As soon as your return has been received and checked by me, I will refund the amount within 14 days using the payment method originally used.
Please understand that:
- yarns already used or wound
- plant-dyed yarns
- goods specially ordered for you
- as well as opened care or accessory items
cannot be returned.
Leftover wool after completing a project also cannot be returned.
Complaints
Should there be anything wrong with your order, please contact me promptly.
If an item arrived damaged or was accidentally delivered incorrectly, we will, of course, find a solution together.
